Rory’s email signature.

The standard signature for outbound from all of our companies (everything that isn’t Lopez & Lopez). The plush astronaut, the brass, the wordmark, and icon‑only links to the line, the inbox, the site, and the socials. Copy it, then paste into Gmail or Apple Mail. It renders fully styled in every modern client and carries the (520) 462‑6010 line.

Tip: in Gmail, paste directly into Settings → Signature. In Apple Mail, untick “Always match my default message font” first.

Gmail (web)

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Gmail → ⚙ Settings → See all settings.
  3. Scroll to Signature → Create new.
  4. Paste (⌘V). Leave images as-is.
  5. Save Changes at the bottom.

Apple Mail

  1. Mail → Settings → Signatures.
  2. Pick your account, click +.
  3. Untick Always match my default message font.
  4. Click Copy signature here, then paste into the box.
  5. Close Settings. Done.
